01: Master Ticket List
This is your master list of tickets. All the information you need at a glance. Filters are located at the top of the page and the list can be sorted by simply clicking the column title.
02: Edit Ticket Screen
This is what a ticket looks like to an agent – the full ticket history is preserved at all times. Ticket details are on the right including information about the customer (There are many more details below that couldn’t be included in this screen shot). Agents can use a standard editor to reply to tickets and the editor is configured to only allow the attributes that most email clients can rendor.
03: Multiple Products
Supporting multiple products? Here is your master list – and it can be synced with your WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads store if they are hosted with us. The product list can also be synced with Envato.
